Termination of employment due to continuous absence
Dear Sir,
An employee in Bahrain terminated by continuous absents without any pre-request and he hasn't completed a year also.
Is he eligible for leave settlement?

It appears to be yes. However, it's better to check whether the termination due to continuous absence was done in compliance with labour law of Bahrain or not.
If the termination was not in conformity with labour law of Bahrain then the employee may also claim compensation.
