Claiming the EOSB upon company's absorption by another company

Generally, whenever there is any takeover of the company taking place, a new agreement is signed between the old employees and the new company to accept the employees with all their liabilities.

If the previous liabilities are not in the new agreement, then in that case, the employees have to resign from the previous company, join the new taking-over company, and ask for the EOSB from the previous company.
