What to do after getting the final judgment in a labor case while being abroad?

Dear sir/madam,

I have a labor case with my company for non-payment of settlement and pending salaries. The judgment came in my favor. But unfortunately, I am not in Abu Dhabi to pursue enforcement.

What is the next step after the judgment of a labor case?

How can I get my judgment stamped?

Can I proceed to the next step online as I have a UAE Pass?

Hi,

The next step is to file for execution at the execution court. You cannot do it online. But you can hire a lawyer on your behalf and he can file for execution once you give him a POA.

You can send your friend for execution by giving him POA but it is advisable to go through a lawyer since your friend won't be well acquainted with the law.

You can get the POA for the lawyer by providing your Emirates ID and, making payment for the POA.
