Dear questioner,

Agreements entered into prior to 20 September 2021 that contain a dispute resolution clause selecting either DIFC-LCIA or EMAC Rules will remain valid, and that DIAC will replace the Cancelled Centers in the administration and supervision of such disputes unless the parties agree otherwise.

If the agreement includes DIFC court, then it shall be DIFC court but if it is DIFC Arbitration, then it shall be DIAC.
