ماذا يجب أن يفعل الموظف عند مطالبته بالاستقالة؟

سيدي العزيز / سيدت العزيزة،

عندي سؤال. طلبت مني شركتي الاستقالة وإلا سيتم إنهاء خدمتي. أخبرتهم أنني سأستقيل بمجرد العثور على وظيفة.

بعد مرور شهر اليوم، أظهروا لي خطاب إنهاء الخدمة. الآن يريدون توقيعي. أخبرتهم أنني سأوقع بعد تفكير بمهل.

في هذا السيناريو، ماذا علي أن أفعل؟

You don't have to sign or accept. They can send it by email and you have the right to claim your rights including end of service and compensation for the unfair dismissal.

Yes, they sent it by email today, 1st March. The reason for termination is also mentioned so will it affect my labor ban or employment ban in this case if I want to resign now.

Dear questioner,

Never serve a resign. The resignation will limit your rights as an employee.

Let them terminate you so that you will become eligible to receive a wrongful termination compensation from one to three months according to your years of service, notice according to your contract, and all of your end of service benefits.
