Action when your company ends your employment without paying labor rights

Dear Sir,

My visa has been completed with a company in Dubai. Also, they stopped my work. But it has been 23 days beyond the date of expiry.

The company is not responding on settlement and regarding cancelation.

What should I do further?

Will I acquire any overstay fines?
