كيفية إثبات شراكة العقار مع الخطيب

أهلاً بك،

في العام الماضي، جمعت أنا وخطيبي المال لشراء عقار في دبي. الرهن العقاري وصك الملكية كلاهما باسمه لأننا لم نكن متأكدين مما إذا كان بإمكاننا التملك كشريكين غير متزوجين.

بما أنني ساهمت بحوالي 30٪ في الدفعة الأولى للعقار ودفعت حوالي 30٪ من قيمة الرهن، فكيف يمكنني المطالبة بملكية 30٪ من العقار؟

هل يجب أن يكون اسمي على سند الملكية؟ أو هل يمكننا كتابة عقد؟

Hello,

As per your query, please note that as you have invested 30%, you can get back the amount by filing a court case and canceling the deal if you are not married to the co-investor.

If he wants to put your name as a co-investor, by any relationship or by friendship, you have to check with the land department in regard to that.

Apart from that, you can have a notarized agreement, for the investment, but the legal title will only be valid through the title deed.
