Changing a lawyer upon being unsatisfied with his performance?

Hi,

I have a pending case in Dubai court regarding my loan payment for that I have hired a lawyer but I'm not satisfied with his work.

Can I change the lawyer? Will there be any issue if I do so?

Should I pay the remaining fee?

I am already discussing my matter but first, you need to answer my queries because no need to discuss unless I know I can change my lawyer or not.

Dear questioner,

You can cancel the POA with the previous lawyer and hire a new lawyer and give a POA, but we need to know the matter in detail.

Also regarding the remaining money, it depends upon the terms and conditions between you and the previous lawyer. I need to see the contract.
