What are the procedures to get paid after obtaining a favorable labor judgment

I have received a judgment for an amount of more than AED 150k.

Do I have to wait for the company to contact me to pay OR do they pay the court and the court will pay me?

Do I have to wait for 30 days period and then file for execution?

Or should we visit Al Adheed?

Dear Questioner,

You will have to wait 30 days starting from the date of the judgment and unless the company challenged the judgment, you are free to register an execution case against the company to enforce the judgment.

Then, the court will contact the company and notify them regarding the execution, within 15 days after the submission you can apply to attach the company trade license and so on until you receive your money.

Does the company need to contact me or they will pay the money directly to the court or Al Adheed and then I go and collect my money from there?

The company can optionally contact you but the regular route is to deposit the amount at the court because the court needs to collect another amount as well in addition to your amount.
