Can a girl get married in Dubai without the consent of her father?

I am a converted Muslim and my fiancé is as well. We want to get married through Dubai court but I do not have my father's consent.

He is not a Muslim and he is not inside the UAE. He is also against my marriage with my fiancé. Can I still be allowed to get married?
