The company is not canceling the visa after serving the notice period. What to do?

Dear sir/madam,

I submitted my resignation and I'm about to complete 30 days' notice period (I work under an unlimited contract).

My management is not ready to relieve me and will not cancel my visa. What can I do?

I have to join the new company on Jan, 5th.

Hi,

I assume you have provided the written 30 days notice to your employer and are about to complete the notice period.

Since they are not canceling your visa, you can call and complain to MOHRE since you have already fulfilled your obligations.

My notice period ends this Thursday. I submitted my resignation via mail to HR on Nov, 30th.

My contract states that I have to serve only 30 days notice period.

Is there any rule stating acceptance of resignation?

No, the employer has to accept your resignation.

They cannot decline it.
