A company received the products but did not pay. What to do?

I have been supplying products to a company in Dubai since 2017. To date, I received no payment.

The CEO does not answer my calls or emails when I demand payment or return of my products.

Who can I speak to?

I am resident in South Africa.

Dear questioner,

As such, I recommend appointing a law firm and they shall address a legal notice to the company here in Dubai to pay the dues within five days from receiving this notice.

Later after five days, if no payment is received, the firm will be clear to sue the company and collect the amount by the court.

For more information, please contact me via email.

Dear questioner,

You can appoint a lawyer to handle this case. They will send a demand notice to the company based in UAE.

In the event they fail to receive a pragmatic response from them within 5 working days, then they will initiate a civil case for recovery of funds against them.

Kindly send us a copy of the documents via email so that we can review them and guide you with the next steps.

Thanks!

Hello,

As per your query with the invoices, you can directly put a fast-track civil claim, which will eventually go for execution.

However, you need to appoint any lawyer with a power of attorney. Also, you need to search where the company is located; in a free zone or mainland and whether the company's license still exists or the manager is still available.

Kindly contact us via phone or email for further assistance.
