How to remove partners who are out of the UAE for more than 3 years?

Hope you are doing well!
We need to remove our two partners in MOA and trade license (DED) because they are out of the UAE for more than 3 years.
We can't contact them by email or call. What is the solution?

As such, you need to perform a board meeting and do a board resolution where you remove both partners and attest it with the notary public and then to be submitted to the authorities DED.
All of that is subject to the MOA and the powers given to the current shareholders.

Also, a newspaper advertisement and a resolution from the available partners, which should be notarized, should be put in the court to file a case. Accordingly, you may remove the partner.
