Consultancy services rendered by an individual

Dear Mr Shoeb,

Thanks for the prompt response.

Consultancy is not one of the activities that were granted under the license given to the company.

Can I render my services as an individual? Since I own the company, issue a NOC from my company to myself allowing me to render such services?

Do we need to intimate the labour department with such NOC's?
