The employer refuses to cancel my visa after completing the notice period

I am working in Abu Dhabi for the last year and my visa is valid for one more year.

I want to go final exit. For that, I already send an email one month ago, but now my employer refuses to cancel my visa.

Assuming that you are in an unlimited contract, if you have informed the employer about your resignation in writing and have served the notice period as per your contract, and if your employer is still not canceling your contract, you need to inform/complain to MOHRE.
