كيف يمكن الحصول على مكافأة نهاية الخدمة رغم التواجد خارج الإمارات؟
سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،
لقد استقلت من شركتي السابقة في دولة الإمارات منذ ثلاثة أشهر. حتى الآن، لم أحصل على مكافأة نهاية الخدمة المستحقة لي. أقيم حاليًا في لندن.
هل سأتمكن من الحصول على أموالي التي كسبتها بشق الأنفس على الرغم من أنني خارج البلاد بالفعل؟
Dear questioner,
Absolutely, yes you still have the legal right to get and receive your EOS based on the labor law even if you are not living in the UAE anymore.
Apparently, you have to send an email to your former company in order to pay your EOS within 5 days to your personal bank account as a final warning to them.
If they ignore your email, so you have to notarize and attest a POA to us to be able to represent you before the court and claim your labor benefits.
