How can you confirm divorce and complete it after accepting it by the court?
Good morning everyone,
I am an Indian Muslim married to a Muslim under the UAE Sharia law, with no children.
I've written divorce (talaq) to my wife, also verbally with 2 witnesses. I made a marital case and received a "no-objection letter" for:

What do I do next to complete the talaq and complete the settlement?

The NOC has to be submitted in Court and a case has to be filed for divorce.
Depending on whether the divorce is mutual or contested, the settlement can be made.
