How to set up a company while working for another?
Hi,
I want to become a partner in a company. The issue is I do not want my name or my wife's name to be in the trade license as the company where I am working does not permit the same (even for my spouse).
What is the workaround as I need a hold on the new company where I will invest?
The other partners are fine with any legal way of doing it.
Please help!

You can not run the business same time as working for your company.
It would require getting a no-objection certificate in order to run another business.
