The consequences of terminating a limited labor contract by an employee

Dear All,

I hope everything is well with you.

I would like to ask about leaving my current company. My contract is a limited contract. I already finished 1 year and 2 months.

What will be my future consequence if I will continue to do my plan?

Thank you!

Hi,

In a limited contract, you need to complete your entire contract period.

If you resign before that, then you need to pay your employer 45 days of your salary.

Dear questioner,

Pursuant to the query, if you're coming out from your limited contract, you have to serve the notice period as per the contract or have to pay the compensation.

Also, the employer can put a labor ban. Further, we need to see the contract and need to know your matter in detail to give you proper advice.

Kindly contact us via phone.

Thank You!
