Filing a labor case for salary delay and forcing resignation

My employer refused to pay salary (more than 3 months). Whenever I asked for the salary he told me to look for another job.

He is also forcing me to submit resignation letter and telling me: "cancel your visa by yourself".

Can I take legal action against this for pending salary? I already filed a case.

Sir,

My employer told me to look for another job.

Can this be considered as termination and am I eligible for its compensation as per the UAE law?

Can the employer force me to submit the resignation letter and tell me to cancel my visa by myself?

What is the law saying about this kind of command?

Please advise.

It is considered so of course, so why did you file a case?

He talks like he terminated you verbally, and he cannot force you to resign by the way.

Ok, But when I am explaining about this in Tasheel, they told me to say this in court. The complaint is registered as 'NOT PAYING SALARY ONLY'.

So, I can inform the court and request them to get my compensation along with my pending salary, right?

Until now, I couldn't find any new job and no offer letter received.

For sure, you can claim compensation amount from your employer due to the delay payment from their side, as per the Federal Labor Law, your compensation will be amounted %9 from the total claim amount.
