In general, and to get any monies owed to you, you must ask the Court to impose enforcement measures against your employer (the Company).

However, I recommend that you consult a lawyer to ascertain whether or not these enforcement measures have been imposed and to determine whether there is anything you can do to expedite the receipt of such monies.
