Dear questioner,

You can open a marital case file, and in the case of mutual consent between the two parties, we can formulate a divorce agreement for you to submit to the court and to quickly end the procedure.

For more information, you can contact us via phone or email.

Is it the same procedure for Talak with 2 witnesses?

What happens if my wife does not attend?

The first procedure is to open a marital case file.

After getting an appointment if you both agree to divorce, you get a certificate.

At the last to get a certificate for divorce, you need 2 witnesses.

Kindly contact us via phone.
