كيف يستطيع المالك استرداد مبنى مُستأخر أغلقته المحكمة؟
هناك أمر تنفيذي صادر ضد شركتنا بسبب قضية تجارية في محاكم دبي رفعها ضدنا أحد الدائنين وتم إغلاق المكتب من قبل المحكمة.
انتهت صلاحية "إيجاري" للمكتب، وفي غضون ذلك، طلب مني الوكيل العقاري تسليم المكتب أو مواجهة قضية إيجار أخرى لأننا ما زلنا مسؤولين عن الإيجار.
المبلغ المُطالب به في القضية المدنية كبير ولا تستطيع الشركة دفعه في الوقت الحالي ولا نريد الدخول في قضية أخرى.
هل هناك طريقة يستطيع المالك من خلالها استعادة المبنى؟
إلى متى سيظل المبنى مغلقًا بأمر من المحكمة حتى يتم اتخاذ الخطوة التالية؟
