Returning to the UAE after finding an old TB in the medical fitness test
Hi,
Yesterday, I got my medical result. It shows an old TB so they made the result unfit. I am still in the UAE now. If I depart from the UAE, how can I come again?
Is it possible to get a visit visa or an employment visa?
Or if I got treatment in India and get cleared, shall I come back?
Dear questioner,
You may submit your medical fitness certificate issued by the relevant authority in your home country to Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Please note that all matters pertaining to medical fitness comes under the scope of DHA.
Before submission, the same shall be duly attested by the ministry of foreign affairs and the UAE embassy in your home country. Again the same shall be attested by MoFA UAE.
Once the said documents are submitted, it is completely up to the discretion of the DHA to consider the report and call you for another medical fitness test or to disregard it.
