What can the current tenant do if the landlord rented the villa after evicting him?
My landlord sent me a 12-month notice to evict the villa for personal use.
I am aware that he cannot rent it for 2 years after the eviction.
How does this get enforced on the landlord? And what can I do if it was rented?

The enforcement here is implemented by the authorities, meaning to say that the file of the villa will be frozen for two years, and if he somehow succeeded to reopen the file, then you will have the priority during the two years.
