Who is liable for debts of the deceased?

My deceased father has a court mandated outstanding loan payment of roughly 860,000 dirhams given in the name of his company in which he was a partner.

Will my mother, my siblings or me have to pay this loan?

As I understand from your question, your father has passed away and there is a loan on the company and you are concerned if there would be any liability for your mother and siblings, and the answer is NO there would be no liability on your mother or siblings.

Moreover, if your Father's company is an LLC company then, this loan would not affect or extend to the other assets that your father may own under his personal name consequently your mother, siblings and yourself are entitled to inherit these assets.
