س: أستأجر حاليًا شقة في وسط مدينة دبي. في غضون شهر سأجدد عقد الإيجار للعام القادم مع نفس المالك. لقد علّمت مؤخرًا أن المالك يريد تغيير بعض الشروط / البنود في العقد الجديد… ج: يحق للمالك التجديد دون أي إشعار. ومع ذلك، يمكن الطعن في بنود العقد من خلال تقديم شكوى إلى مركز فض المنازعات الإيجارية…

As per your query, please note that the landlord can renew without any notice.

However, the terms of the contract can be challenged through a complaint in RDC.
