Will you be banned in all GCC countries if you leave the UAE with an unpaid loan?

Hi Dear Lawyer,

I am having a personal loan in the UAE in the amount of 73000 Dirhams. Immigration deported me without telling me any reason so of course, I lost my job.

Now I am in my home country & I want to apply to other GCC countries.

My question is that if I go to any other GCC country, what consequences do I have to face?

Dear Questioner,

Since you were deported from UAE I am not sure whether you will be allowed to enter into any of the GCC countries.

However, it is less likely to face any difficulty based on the debt you have in the UAE.

So you mean I cannot go in any GCC country other than UAE?

I mean you may not be able to land in any of the GCC countries [Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and Oman], including the UAE.
