How to lift immigration ban given after an absconding case

I was deported from the UAE last April 2017 due to absconding and overstay.

I want to return to the UAE with my new passport and with my real name.

Would it be possible for me to re-enter the UAE again with my new passport using my real name?

Please advise me on this.
