العواقب المترتبة على الإنهاء المبكر لعقد إيجار مستودع
سيدي العزيز،
تحية طيبة.
لقد استأجرت مستودعًا في فبراير 2018 وأريد أن أنهي العقد بسبب مشاكل مالية، ولكن مالك المستودع يطالب بإيجار 4 أشهر كجزاء.
يرجى ملاحظة أن بند الإنهاء في العقد ينص على أنه "لا يمكن إنهاء العقد إلا بعد الموافقة الكاملة لكلا الطرفين على الشروط".
برجاء إبداء النصح، وأيضًا، إعطائي مرجعًا للقانون.
