The case is closed while the name still appears in the criminal system
Please advise on the following:
My name appears in a criminal case and because of that, I can not get a police clearance.
But there were no charges against me, and accordingly no judgment for me. Because of that, the police can not issue a certificate, however, the case is closed in the system.
What should be done in this case?

It is impossible that your case is closed and your name still appears on the criminal system.
There might be wrong information you got or maybe you did not follow up on your case status very hard to get final clearance and release the ban that has been imposed on your name.
