How to remove travel ban after closing a case for an accident on work site
Good Morning Sir/Madam
My name is S. and I am working in safety. There was a fatality at my site and a worker died. I was in Al Rashidiya police station and was released after two days after my passport was kept in the station.
After two years, the police called us and informed us to collect the passport. The police prosecution didn't give any other documents but released our passport and said no more case.
But when I was about to cancel my visa, the office at FAIC said that there is still a case under my name and I can't travel.
Please advise, Sir.

If you really don't have any case, it means you just need a clearance letter then you will give to the headquarter of the police to clear your name.
But in case your clearance is rejected, it means the case is still not closed and they just give your passport but kept a mark on your name in the system.
