Q: Dear Sir,
I accepted a job offer letter (Only organization offer letter) and sent it by email, but now I don't want to leave my present company. I informed them today (future company) but they replied me...
Quote:
"DEAR FAIZ,
You gave us a word to join our company in date of 30th SEP and this considered as legal contract as it called WORD SAY CONTRACT.
We are disappointed as we reject a lot of candidates because of our commitments with you.
I do not know what to say but I am assigning my legal department for the same.
Thanks"

Q: I am working in (Company A), I recently signed a MOL job offer letter from a company (Company B) in Dubai, however, I have since been offered another job which I wish to accept from Company C.
Is it possible for me to withdraw from the original offer letter from Company B and sign with Company C?
Note: I am still on employment visa from Company A.
Does this affect the employee withdrawing from the offer? Will I still be able to accept the offer of Company C?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

How to cancel an offer letter which is appearing on the system to join a new company?

2
Q: Dear sir/madam,
A company issued me an MOL offer letter but I didn't sign that as I got a new offer from somewhere else.
But the new company PRO says that the contract issued by the previous company is still showing in the system. I called the previous company, they said they will not cancel it until I pay them.
But I didn't sign or put a thumb impression on any contract. Then why is it showing in the system?
Please help!

View allHow to file an online defamation case from the Philippines against someone in Dubai? 0
Hello,
I'm currently looking for legal advice regarding an online defamation case. I am a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines. The person I want to file a complaint against is also a Filipino citizen and is currently based in Dubai.
I have already sought legal consultation, but it cost me a lot for just a simple session. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can afford to proceed with the fees required for sending a warning or demand letter to the person I’m complaining about.
I would really appreciate any help, guidance, or information about possible free or low-cost legal services.
Thank you for your time!

What can I do if my creditor used my blank cheque to put an amount more than my unpaid balance? 0
Hi,
I have issued a blank cheque for my EMI, and now the company is using my blank cheque and putting any amount to deposit it.
My total unpaid balance is AED 19000, but they mentioned AED 42,030 on the cheque and another AED 10000. They told me they will deposit it to file a case.
What is my remedy on this matter?
Thank you.
