A judgment is wrongly being executed against a company with similar name

There are two companies with similar names.

There was a civil case filed against one company but the judgment is being executed against the other one due to a mix-up with the name.

Yes the trade license number is different but one of the shareholders is the same in both companies hence, the mix-up was done.

You can place an application before the court for the confusion and along with it, you should provide clear evidence for each application in regard to the clarity for the same.
