Issuing a power of attorney to someone in India from the UAE

Hi to all,

I am working in Dubai. I have had a cheque bounce case in an Indian court since a long time. I cannot visit India on every hearing and that's why I had given a special power of attorney to one of my friends there.

Now, he is also out of India so I need to issue another POA to someone there in India.
