عدم العودة إلى العمل بعد أجازة طارئة

عملت في الإمارات لمدة سنتين وثلاثة أشهر، أخذت بالفعل أجازتي المدفوعة بعد عقدي الذي مدته سنتين وعدت إلى العمل، ولكن إذ فجأة حدث شيء ما طارئ في بلدي، لذا احتجت إلى أن آخذ أجازة طارئة لأعود إلى بلدي، ولكن المشكلة هي أنني لم أستطع العودة إلى العمل بعد الأجازة الطارئة.

أريد أن أعرف هل تم وضعي في القائمة السوداء بسبب هذا الأمر؟

If you left the country without informing your employer and without complying with the employment cancellation procedure like service during the notice period and visa cancellation, then your employer will have no choice but to report you as absconding and you will be banned.

We cannot check if you are blacklisted as we do not have the required authority from you.

How can I know if I'm blacklisted? It was already 2 years ago when I left UAE for emergency leave and I'm planning to go back in UAE in 2018.

The type of ban can be an entry ban and/or a work ban, depending on what the employee has done while they have been in the UAE.

An employment ban could be for six months, one year, or permanent.
