Having a company and a license to create a mobile application?

I am creating a mobile application, and I would like to introduce a payment process within the app to facilitate the whole process for the service provider.

Now, the idea of the app is similar to (meetups); anyone can create an event and the event can be set as a paid event, joiners will have to pay the organizer which can be anyone signed up to the app.

Usually, the process goes like this people pay the organizer on the spot in cash. I would like to make it to be an online payment to the organizer.

Do I need to have a company and a license to start this?

And is the process of the app idea allowed here in the UAE?

Hi,

Considering that your app will be able to facilitate the communication of the general public and through this process, income may be generated, you will need to have a valid business license.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to your query, please be informed that based on the reason that funds will be collected by you, which becomes a trade, you, therefore, need to have a commercial license to suit such requirements, because it is illegal in the UAE to conduct trade without a valid license.

I can guide you on the most suitable and cheapest license, including all technicalities involved in the business licensing.

You can contact me via email or phone.
