إخلاء المستأجر بسبب تجاوز مدة الإقامة بعد انتهاء العقد وعدم دفع الإيجار السابق.

العقار في إمارة دبي. لم يدفع المستأجر منذ أكثر من ثلاثة شهور، والآن انتهى عقد الإيجار في 09/07/2021 وعلى الرغم من أنني عرضت عليه فرصة التجديد في حالة تسوية الديّن القديم وتقديم الشيكات للعقد الجديد، إلا أنه يتجنبني، ولا يرد، وما زل يقيم في الشقة.

ما هي الطريقة الأسرع والأقل تكلفة لإخلائه؟

The first step must be issuing a legal notice and giving him a period of 30 days to settle the outstanding dues.
