Dear Questioner,

Your gratuity amount may be AED 2300 approximately. You may calculate it accurately under the MOHRE's app.

Please download and there is an option to calculate your end of service benefits accurately under it.

Please note that any unpaid leave will be excluded while calculating the duration of work.

Since yours is an unlimited contract and your years of service are more than 3 years, your gratuity is calculated as 14 days of basic salary for each completed year [Article 132, UAE labor law].
