Legal assistance with preparing IP agreements

In relation to your inquiries, kindly note that to provide you with accurate quotations, please provide us with the following information:

1. The names of parties of the (4) agreements.

2. In relation to the IP Assignment Agreement, please advise:

(i) The industry of the parties.

(ii) The consideration of the assignment (fund transfer, merger, etc…).

(iii) The place of registered IP rights (state of registration).

(iv) Any other information may be necessary for our assessment.

3. In respect of the Software Development Agreement, please advise the scope of work of the Software Developer.

4. In relation to the Independent Contractor Contract, please advise the scope of work of the Contractor.

5. Concerning the Client Agreement, please advise the nature of the agreement and services provided to the client and the scope of work.
