Inability to pay the installments of an property after its completion
Hi,
I purchased an apartment in 2018 which was ready or completed property.
I paid the down payment, then after Corona, I was not able to pay the installments.
Can I get my down payment back? Or they will take it? And if yes, will they, by the court, force me to pay the full amount of the apartment and go to jail?

Hi,
If the project was completed, then any legal action will be taken by the developer before court or arbitration may be agreed.
Yes, they have the right to terminate or claim the balance. For termination, they need to prove damage to retain the amount paid or part of it and if they choose to claim the balance, the case can end up with an arrest warrant.
We can advise further on the action and the way out upon review of all documents.
