Is it mandatory to have an Arabic lawyer for a labor case?

Does the employer need an Arabic lawyer to represent him in a labor case? Is that mandatory?

Or the owner of the company can represent himself.

Dear questioner,

Either party can defend or file the case themselves. But it is always advisable to have a lawyer who is well versed with the law to represent you.

Dear questioner,

The company owner can represent himself, but any memorandums sent to the court shall be in Arabic.

We always recommend that you hire a lawyer to deal with court proceedings as legal technicalities could be complicated to deal with and need experience.
