Q: I have an absconding case and my visa is over. I want to go back to india. Do I have to pay my overstay fines or not?

Q: I have deportation and AED 1000 fine because of absconding and overstay, but I'm still in the country (UAE). The court passed a judgement when I wasn't in court and my passport is still in the appeal section in Dubai Courts. What can I do to resolve this problem because my husband wants to sponsor me and also my company has given me a paper to remove the absconding? I don't know how I can clear it from the court so I can get my passport and go finish from immigration too.

Q: I am trying to cancel my visa application through DMCC free zone, however, the application as stated by DMCC was 'returned by immigration as the applicant is still wanted by police. Please clear the case so we can proceed with the application'.
