Settlement of bank loans and credit cards to re-visit the UAE
I left the UAE in 2016 with unpaid loans and credit cards of around AED 100,000.
I'm now in a position where I want to settle these loans so I can come back to Dubai.
I'm looking for a firm that can negotiate a settlement plan with the banks on my behalf.

Dear Sir,
Greetings! May God's mercy and blessings be upon you.
We are honoured to answer your query and provide legal services on any questions that fall within the scope of our work.
In response to your above query we would like to share with you the following:
1. Please be informed that there are huge possibilities that the bank must have filed a case against you in the Court of Law.
Therefore, kindly provide us with the case no. or any details in regards to the case instituted against you. If you do not have such details, we need to conduct a preliminary investigation in this regard.
2. We shall be needing your passport copy, visa page copy, any document stipulating the loan amount and all other details.
We shall also be needing a Power of Attorney signed and attested from your end, authorising us to communicate, negotiate and resolve the matter with the bank authorities. The template of the POA will be provided to you by us.
2. Upon receiving the POA from your end, we shall be promptly communicating and negotiating with the bank authorities and will do our best in order to minimise the fines.
3. After the bank agrees, which we are sure they will, we shall be drafting a settlement agreement stipulating the payment plans and all necessary information.
4. Thereafter, as a final step, we need to close the case files.
Please read our response and note that we are ready to respond to any further inquiries through the means of communication listed below:
