A car rental company delays returning the security deposit after receiving their car

I have not received my security deposit from a car rental company in Dubai. I returned the car on 3rd, April 2021 and have received confirmation of the return amount (834.35 AED) on 17th May 2021.

From that date, I have written to them to deposit the amount several times with no answer.

How can I apply a legal action to get the money I am owed.
