I see no liability for two reasons:

1. It is an LLC and therefore its liability limited with the assets and capital.

2. It is under liquidation already and the liquidator takes over the management till the company closure.

As there is a death of the major shareholder, his legal heirs perform the rest of the duties including the liquidation.

However, as it is under liquidation, before that, you have to get clearance from the respective authorities and the bank, for that the heirs are liable to handle the credit liability, etc.
