Dear questioner,

Absolutely, we can assist you to recover your labor benefits against your employer who is not cooperating with you.

First of all, you have to provide us with a copy of your labor contract with your employer and a copy of your resignation letter via email so then we can review them and let you know exactly what you have to do.

Apparently, if your employer seized your labor benefits and does not like to settle, you will have the absolute legal right to file your labor complaint against him and claim your money that should be paid.

Moreover, you have the legal right to sue him from now due to the fact of delaying the salary more than 60 days against the labor law said.

Regarding your new job, it is easy to get temporary permission while the case is going on in case your employer refuses to settle with you.

We have many labor cases similar to your situation and we got a letter from the court to our clients to be able to work with their new companies and starting new beginnings.

Hopefully, our answers can guide you and we looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!
