How to cancel visa and remove overstay fines after getting labour judgment?
Hi,
I had a labor case and the judgment came. The company has to pay my dues. My issue is that I have overstayed for the last 3 months.
I filed the execution already in order to get my dues from the company. I requested my company to cancel my visa. But they are not canceling me.
What can I do in such a situation like this?
Is it possible to cancel my visa by myself?
If yes, do I need to pay the overstay fine?
Is there any possibility to avoid the fine?

Dear Questioner,
Pursuant to the query, for your overstay you can obtain a letter from Court that you had a case.
Further, we need to know your matter in detail to give you proper advice. Kindly contact us on the phone.
Thank You.
Dear Questioner,
You cannot revoke the visa on your own, but you may file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor, which will follow up with the employer.
Concerning the fines, you should file a petition with a copy of the labor case to let them know it is not your fault.
If you need any further information or legal assistance, do not hesitate to contact us on the phone or by email.
Regards,
