Eviction of a tenant because the cheque is not honored

This is the second time a cheque of my tenant is not honored for rent payment. My relationship with him is not good. Can I evict him?

I need my property back. What is the best way to get it back?

Dear questioner,

You have all the right to file a criminal complaint against the cheque bounce and also can file a rental case in RDC.

You may also issue an eviction notice through the notary.

Dear Sir,

You may appoint a lawyer by PoA and they will issue an eviction notice on your behalf.

All notices related to rental issues shall be issued through a public notary.

1) How do I get a power of attorney, living in the UK, and it is impossible to travel?

2) Are you a lawyer? Do you issue notarized documents?

3) How much is your fee?

4) If the tenant pays the rent, meanwhile, how will it affect the process bearing in mind I need to evict him?

5) Can I get the flat back, saying I am going to live there, or selling?
