Do the employee have to submit other documents in the phase of appealing?

I had filed a case against my employer for unpaid salaries, which was decided in my favor, and he appealed against the decision.

Do I need to submit any further documents to defend because I have submitted all documents before already?

Is there any travel ban or MOL blockage due to the case decision?
